Aspire Leadership Programme

We are extremely proud of our recently launched Leadership Programme which takes all of our people managers through a set of practical workshops, giving them the skills, tools and confidence to manage their teams effectively and drive success towards our business goals. Setting our leaders up so they’re equipped to support their teams and create a psychologically safe place for our colleagues to come to work.

Apprenticeships

At Lloyds Clinical we are advocates of utilising apprenticeship programmes within our development catalogue, providing a learning programme which combines hands-on work with the opportunity to train and gain a qualification. The programmes are completed alongside day job duties, applying learning within tasks to embed the new skills. We partner with a number of providers meaning we can cater to a variety of topics and levels.

Self-directed Learning

Outside of the required mandatory training, we encourage the use of the 100+ courses for self-development available in our learning management system, covering topics such as coaching & mentoring, leadership and people skills. The catalogue allows colleagues to take their pick of courses to suit their individual needs and goals. We also partner with the RCNi to provide our Nurses with an interactive online education resource designed to help meet continuing professional development requirements.
